About Spring Hill Parent Club

The Parent Club works to enhance the relationship between the school and its families by sponsoring community-building events, identifying unmet needs, and raising funds to provide financial support. The Parent Club funds improvements like playground structures and soccer field restoration, and provides teachers with annual classroom grants. In the last two years,  the Parent Club equipped Spring Hill with a mobile media lab, complete with 12 laptop computers and a locking cart. The club sponsors annual fundraising projects like the Drive for Schools in the fall and the Spring Auction Gala, as well as ongoing programs such as e-Scrip, Amazon, QSP magazines, and ink cartridge recycling.

Spring Hill parents, faculty and staff members are all automatic members of the Parent Club. The club encourages every parent to attend meetings and to become actively involved. There are no dues or obligations – simply opportunities to earn service hours, to know other Spring Hill parents, and to support our children’s educational experience.

The Parent Club also hosts school community events like these:

Welcome Pancake Breakfast – First day of school

Family Picnic

Thanksgiving Feast

Family Math Night

Grandparents Day

Family Science Night

Staff Appreciation Luncheon

Parent Club meetings will be held on the first Thursday of the month this year
