The Education Program for Gifted Youth (EPGY) is a self-paced program developed by Stanford University offering a wide range of online courses from Kindergarten through the University level. All courses are done on the computer with an instructor to oversee the program

At Spring Hill, we have chosen to use the EPGY Math program as an additional course offering for students from kindergarten through 4th grade.  During the home room math instruction the student joins the EPGY Math group, and returns to the home room at the end of the period.

Spring Hill students must apply for the program. The application is reviewed by the EPGY committee and acceptance is based on teacher recommendation, aptitude and GPA. Upon acceptance into the program  there is a fee which is payable directly to Stanford University.
